Refund Policy

At Nexus Digital Service, we strive to provide high-quality branding, graphic design, and digital services to our clients. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, so we have outlined our refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness in our transactions.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe.
Non-Satisfactory Work: If the final deliverable significantly deviates from the initial agreement and multiple revision attempts fail to resolve the issue.
Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service due to a system error.

🚨 Non-Refundable Services:
❌ Once a design project is completed and approved, refunds will not be issued.
Change of mind after work has started does not qualify for a refund.
❌ Payments made for custom illustrations, special requests, and rush orders are non-refundable.
❌ Transaction fees from merchant services (Stripe, PayPal, Square, etc.) are non-refundable.


2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us at contact@nexusdigitalservice.net within 7 days of service completion.
2️⃣ Provide your order number, reason for the refund, and any supporting documents (if applicable).
3️⃣ Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome.
4️⃣ If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.


3. Partial Refunds

In cases where work has already started, but the project is not fully completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the level of work completed.


4. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to reach out to us first before filing a chargeback or dispute. Filing a dispute through PayPal, Stripe, or any payment processor may result in account suspension.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please:

📌 Contact your bank or payment provider (some institutions take additional time to process).

6. Service Modifications & Revisions

We offer multiple revisions to ensure satisfaction. If the project does not meet expectations, we recommend using all revision options before requesting a refund.
